Kimdra McNeil is a visionary entrepreneur and media professional dedicated
to empowering creative and small business communities. As a partner and
City Liaison for City Streets Music, she leads city partnerships, community
outreach, and resource development to bring diverse music and cultural
experiences to urban audiences across the U.S. and abroad.

With over 15 years of experience as a university resource manager and
business instructor, Kimdra has guided thousands of students and
entrepreneurs in business growth and career development.

As Partner and Communications Manager for SORC® Radio, Kimdra helped
establish and expand the network’s media partnerships—most notably co-
founding Shop Black Enterprise®, a digital marketplace that connects
minority-owned businesses and artists to millions of consumers worldwide.

Her work bridges business, media, and community impact, guided by her
